Do you supply heat-treated pallets for export?

Yes. We supply heat-treated export pallets to ISPM15 requirements, treated and marked under an approved scheme. What your consignment needs depends on the destination, including movements from Great Britain to the EU and Northern Ireland, so tell us where it is going and we will confirm the specification against the current GOV.UK guidance before you order. We supply exporters shipping through South Coast ports including Southampton, Portsmouth and Poole.

Do you offer custom pallet sizes?

Yes. We build non-standard sizes, heavy duty pallets for machinery, racking-friendly perimeter-base designs, four-way and two-way entry variants, and pallets to suit specific loads or vehicle footprints. Send dimensions, load weight and how it will be handled and we will specify it.

What information do you need for a quote?

Pallet type or size, quantity, how often you need them, your postcode, and whether it is a delivery or a collection. If you are exporting, tell us the destination. A photograph or the dimensions of your load helps us quote a bespoke pallet accurately.

How we specify

Send us the load, not just the size

A pallet has to survive handling, transport, stacking and sometimes storage on beams at height. To get it right we ask about weight, weight distribution, handling equipment, journey and reuse — then build to that.

Give us dimensions, load weight, how it will be lifted and where it is going, and we will come back with a specification: timber sizes, board spacing, entry type, block or stringer construction, and whether heat treatment is required.

Have a sample or a drawing? Even better. We can copy an existing pallet, improve one that keeps failing, or work from a CAD drawing of the product itself.
