Question 1

Can you collect unwanted pallets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We collect surplus and unwanted pallets across Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex, as a one-off clearance or on a regular weekly or fortnightly schedule. Where pallets are reusable a rebate may be possible, confirmed case by case; mixed or damaged loads are sent for recycling wherever we can.

Question 2

Do you cover Southampton and Portsmouth?

Accepted Answer

Southampton and Portsmouth are within our delivery area, along with Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Eastleigh, Winchester, Chichester, Basingstoke, Andover, Bournemouth and Poole. Delivery arrangements and lead time are confirmed with your quote, and we will say if a specification has to be built to order.

Question 3

Can you supply regular weekly or monthly pallet orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Call-off arrangements can be set up with agreed pricing and an agreed delivery pattern, so pallets arrive to a schedule rather than being chased. We can hold your specification on file and adjust quantities as your volumes change.

Question 4

What information do you need for a quote?

Accepted Answer

Pallet type or size, quantity, how often you need them, your postcode, and whether it is a delivery or a collection. If you are exporting, tell us the destination. A photograph or the dimensions of your load helps us quote a bespoke pallet accurately.
